In my care, you'll get fresh, home-cooked meals everyday. I provide nourishing meals to rebuild your body and mind after birth. They are also delicious and enough for the whole family! All you need to do is have a few ingredients on hand.
Daily Oil Massage
You will receive everything you need to do daily Ayruvedic oil massage for yourself and your baby. Learn simple, ancient massage techniques that restore your body's vitality and feel amazing. Even your baby gets to enjoy massage!
Herbal Medicine
From foot baths to yummy garlic chutney, simple herbal products are used to enhance your daily life after brith. Melt away with a warm cup of grounding tea as you soak in all the feelings of being a new mama. Cuddle your baby and snack on delicious, milk supply enhancing desserts!

I am a traditionally trained Ayruvedic style Postpartum Doula. I am also a Reiki Master, a bachelor's of World Religion, and a proud Mama of two. My husband and I found love at a young age and have been married for six years.
